Uji Wazukaen, a Japanese tea specialty store operated by Yamashiro Bussan, will be exhibiting at the "Kantele Festival! Yo-i Don! x Toretate! Fest 2025" to be held at Ogimachi Park from November 21st (Friday) to 24th (Monday, holiday), 2025.

At this event, the store will be offering "Anko Butter Sandwiches," an event-specific version of its popular "Anko Butter Toast."
This dish uses fermented bean paste , which has a gentle, natural sweetness, and fermented butter , which is rich in aroma, allowing you to enjoy the mellow, deep flavor that only fermented ingredients can provide.
