The powdered tea produced during the manufacturing process of rolling green tea is carefully roasted. Yamashiro's special bancha is full of aroma. Please give it a try.

Drink plenty of bancha. If you put it in a pot, you can drink warm bancha anytime.
In the days when water bottles had a good aroma and taste even when cold, and did not need to be kept warm or cold, bancha was the tea we used for excursions.
By the way, in Kyoto, bancha refers to hojicha.

[For hot water soup]
Boil 1 to 2 liters of water, add a tea bag, and immediately turn off the heat.
When the desired thickness is reached, remove the pack.

[For cold brew]
Add one tea bag to about 1 liter of water and shake gently. Chill in the refrigerator and drink when it reaches your desired strength.

*When the tea cools down, oil-like substances may be visible on the surface of the tea.
This is a component of tea, so please drink it with confidence.

[If using a teapot]
Add one tea bag and pour hot water until it reaches your desired strength, then pour it into a teacup.
Please replace the tea bag after about 3 brews.

We blend tea leaves from Kagoshima, Nara, Fukuoka, Miyazaki, Kyoto, and Kumamoto to create the most delicious Hokkori Ippuku Bancha, taking into account the yield of raw tea leaves and the condition of the leaves.
