About delivery and shipping charges

[Shipping Fees]

・Free shipping for purchases over 6,000 yen (tax included) (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa).

・If your purchase total is less than 6,000 yen (tax included), the following shipping fees will be charged.

Prefectures other than Hokkaido and Okinawa: 770 yen (tax included)

-For Hokkaido and Okinawa, the following shipping fees will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.

Hokkaido: 1,540 yen (tax included)
Okinawa Prefecture: 2,200 yen (tax included)

*We apologize, but there is no free shipping setting based on purchase amount for Hokkaido and Okinawa.

*Free shipping may not be applied automatically due to the system.

When the amount reaches a certain amount, the option "Free Shipping" will appear in the shipping section, so please select that.

・Shipping to overseas (USA): Japan Post (EMS: 5-15 days)

・Shipping costs vary depending on region and weight. Also, there is no free shipping service based on purchase amount.

Returns Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food products.

However, if the product is defective, we will accept a return or exchange . Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Return period
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product, within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, for returns due to customer reasons (order mistake, different from what you expected, after use) ,

Return shipping fee
If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Regarding closing days

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week, Obon (August 10th to August 16th), and New Year's (December 27th to January 8th).
Inquiries, order confirmations, and shipping will be handled after the holiday.





Order confirmation

Order confirmation is done around 8:00 am on weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after that time will be confirmed the next day (or the day after the holiday if the next day is a holiday).

After confirming your order, if the item is in stock, we will ship it the next day, or within 5 business days at the latest, but it may take longer depending on the stock situation.
