About delivery and shipping charges

・Free shipping for purchases of 3,240 yen or more (tax included) (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)

・If the total purchase amount is less than 3,240 yen (tax included), the following shipping fee will be charged.

Prefectures other than Hokkaido and Okinawa: 770 yen (tax included)

-For Hokkaido and Okinawa, the following shipping charges will be charged regardless of purchase amount.

Hokkaido: 1,540 yen (tax included)
Okinawa Prefecture: 2,200 yen (tax included)

*We apologize, but there is no free shipping option for Hokkaido and Okinawa based on purchase amount.

*Free shipping may not be applied automatically due to the system.

When the total amount reaches a certain amount, the "Free Shipping" option will appear in the shipping section, so please select that.

・Shipping to overseas (USA): Japan Post (EMS: 5-15 days)

・Shipping fees vary depending on region and weight. Also, there is no free shipping service based on purchase amount.

Returns Policy

Return deadline
We accept returns within 7 days of product arrival.
Regarding returns due to customer reasons (order mistake, different from what you expected, after use),
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.


Return Shipping Fee
If you wish to return the product for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.


Defective Products
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.

Regarding holidays

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week, Obon (August 10th - August 16th), and New Year's holidays (December 27th - January 8th).
Inquiries, order confirmations, and shipping will be handled after the holidays.

Order confirmation

Order confirmation is done around 8:00 a.m. on weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after that time will be confirmed the next day (or the day after the holiday if the next day is a holiday).
