You can enjoy the flavor of matcha in the first brew, and the rich aroma of tamaryokucha in the second brew.
Iced green tea is also delicious when served on the rocks with ice added.
How to brew delicious coffee
1. Pour the boiling water into a teacup and allow it to cool to about 70-80°C.
2. Place enough tea leaves for each person (approximately one tablespoon per person) into the teapot and pour in the hot water cooled in step 1.
3. After about 30 to 40 seconds (depending on your preference), pour the liquid into the teacups.
4. The second brew should be brewed for a shorter time than the first.
