Domestically grown barley grown in the great outdoors, delivered to the hands of people with love
Thus, through careful and painstaking cultivation, we have created a distinctive product that is the first of its kind in Japan.
As the first snow turns into permanent snow, the barley breaks through the snow and begins to sprout vigorously. It is then carefully grown and harvested by honest people through the long, harsh winds and snow.
This product is made by soaking barley grown in such harsh natural environments in water for a certain period of time.
We are particular about our manufacturing process, resulting in a barley tea with the fragrant, rich flavor that is unique to Kurobe barley tea.
*Unbleached paper is used for the tea bags.
How to make it delicious
Bring water to a boil and add the tea bag. *If you boil the water for too long with the tea bag in it, the pleasant aroma of barley tea will escape.
When it reaches your desired strength, remove the tea bag.
Quickly rinse with water to cool, then place in the refrigerator to chill.
We recommend drinking barley tea within two days, including the day it is made.
This beverage does not contain preservatives, so please drink it as soon as possible.
