It contains approximately 200 times more rutin, a type of flavonoid, than regular soba (sweet soba) tea (our comparison).
[How to use]
Put about 5g of this product into a teapot, pour about 100cc of boiling water, put the lid on, and let it reach your desired consistency.
Put about 20g of this product into a 1 liter kettle and boil it over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Once it reaches your desired thickness, turn off the heat and let it cool down as soon as possible.
