A blend of fragrant "bar hojicha" and aromatic "roasted rice" to match the moist, natural sweetness of roasted sweet potatoes.

Roasted sweet potatoes are an autumn tradition. There is also a roasted sweet potato section in one corner of the supermarket, and it is attracting attention as a Japanese sweet. We wanted to create a tea that goes perfectly with sweet potatoes, so we worked on developing a tea specifically made for sweet potatoes.

As a result of repeated studies by our tea masters and Japanese tea instructors, we found that hojicha, which has a fragrant aroma and flavor, matches the deliciousness of sweet potatoes. The base is ``Bohojicha'', which is made by carefully roasting the ``stem'', which has an especially mellow sweetness and richness among tea leaves, and is said to have nearly four times the aroma of the ``leaf'', and is blended with fragrant ``roasted rice''. This created an overlap of scents.

The moist texture of the sweet potato and the rich, natural sweetness are a perfect harmony of the fragrant aroma. In addition to roasted sweet potatoes, this tea goes well with sweets made with sweet potatoes, such as sweet potatoes, Japanese sweets made with sweet potato paste, simple dried sweet potatoes, and snacks.
