■ "Tea for Genmaicha Highballs" devised by a drinking tea master
Yamachan, a tea lover, focused on fragrant and sweet domestic rice. He blended deeply flavored Shizuoka-prefecture tea leaves carefully selected by a skilled tea master with domestic matcha, and processed them into easy-to-extract tetrahedron tea bags at Yamashiro Bussan's Kyoto factory.
This genmaicha has a rich and mellow flavor that enhances the taste of shochu, and a vivid appearance, making it perfect for shochu lovers.
■The Deliciousness of Green Tea Highballs Sought by Tea Specialists
How can we retain the original aroma and sweetness of tea within the flavor of alcohol?
How can we bring out the umami of tea leaves without being masked by the alcohol flavor? How can we achieve a clear, vibrant green color?
After much trial and error, we settled on a base of carefully selected deep-steamed tea from Shizuoka Prefecture. This tea has a dark color and rich aroma, providing a robust tea flavor that stands up to alcohol. Additionally, we added domestic matcha to create a green tea for alcohol lovers, offering a mellow sweetness, umami, and a lingering aroma.
■Fragrant aroma and the sweetness of grains.
Genmaicha highballs, with their fragrant aroma and the sweetness of grains, are as popular as green tea highballs. The drinking tea master paid special attention to the aroma and sweetness of the rice.
The matcha-infused genmaicha, a blend of fragrant and sweet strongly roasted rice, deeply flavored Shizuoka-grown tea leaves carefully selected by a skilled tea master, and domestic matcha, enhances the taste of alcohol and creates a visually vibrant genmaicha highball. This matcha-infused genmaicha is a must-try for alcohol lovers.
This is a commercial-grade product designed for large volumes, such as for use in restaurants.
