This is Konacha (powdered tea), made from the fine tea particles separated during the tea manufacturing process. It has traditionally been used as the "agari" (ending) tea at sushi restaurants. Its refreshing flavor is perfect after a meal.
Note: This tea is not an instant powdered tea that dissolves in water. Please brew it by straining it through a fine mesh tea strainer.
