Matcha warabi mochi with a delightfully chewy texture.
This warabi mochi is made with genuine bracken starch and sweetened with Wasanbon sugar, offering a delicate and elegant sweetness that spreads gently in your mouth, along with a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture. We've highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients for a clean aftertaste.
Enjoy it by pouring the accompanying kuromitsu (black sugar syrup) and high-grade domestic matcha, supervised by a tea master and carefully selected by a tea shop, just before serving. The rich sweetness of the kuromitsu, combined with the fresh bitterness and rich aroma unique to matcha, creates a delightful change in flavor.
You can adjust the sweetness to your liking, allowing you to enjoy it without getting tired of the taste. It's delicious as is, but chilling it further enhances its smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture and refined flavor.
