How to enjoy it deliciously

Boil water thoroughly, cool it slightly to about 70-80°C, then pour it into a teapot filled with plenty of new tea. Wait for about 40-50 seconds, and when the tea leaves have begun to open slightly, pour the water evenly into the teapot without leaving a single drop behind.

For the second brew, pour hot water into the teapot and then pour the tea into separate cups without any delay.
