This roasted green tea has a rich, fragrant aroma that will make you want to take a deep breath, and a full-bodied taste. Unlike regular roasted green tea, this tea is roasted using a unique blend of stems and veins of tea leaves that are normally used for matcha. By carefully roasting each stem and vein in accordance with their respective characteristics, the aroma and flavor are brought to the forefront. It can be enjoyed with either hot water or slightly cooled warm water.
