Located at the southernmost tip of the Uji tea production region, Dosenbo Tea House in Minamiyama Castle has been devoted to tea for generations for 130 years in the clear air and nature of the plateau at an altitude of 500 meters.

We do not use any chemical fertilizers, so it is not as bright green as commercially available tea.
It is characterized by a slightly golden color. This green tea meets the "Organic JAS" standards from soil preparation to cultivation, manufacturing processing, and the final process of bagging.
