Delicious way to serve

① Transfer the boiled water to a teacup and let it cool to about 70-80℃.

② Pour the amount of water for each person into a teapot, using 1 tablespoon per person as a guide, and pour in the hot water cooled in step ①.

③ After about 50 to 60 seconds depending on your preference (don't wait for the second brew), pour it out without leaving anything behind.
